🌸 Respecting the Premises
Substance Policy: For the comfort and safety of everyone, smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying any banned substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Conduct: We kindly request all our visitors to maintain a peaceful environment and respect the local culture of this heritage space.
Children: Your children, your responsibility. Please take care of your kids and dear ones during the tour. Please be careful that they don't run inside the structures, cross the barricades, touch ANY artefacts and refrain from any adventurous activities.
Luggage & Belongings:
• Strictly Prohibited: Backpacks are not allowed inside under any circumstances to protect the fragile artifacts.
• Storage Options: You can leave your bags at the reception or leave valuables (laptops, cameras, etc.) at the Entry Pass Counter with the Museum Authority. Alternatively, you can store them in your vehicle.
• Liability: You are ultimately responsible for your own luggage, though staff and CCTV cameras will monitor the luggage area.
👟 Footwear Guidelines:
To preserve the red oxide flooring and the hygiene of the structures, visitors are kindly requested to remove their footwear before entering any heritage structure.
Visitor Tip: For your own comfort and convenience, we highly recommend wearing easily removable footwear, such as sandals or slip-ons, rather than laced shoes.
📸 Photography & Equipment
UNAUTHORIZED CAMERA USAGE OR PHOTOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED - PLEASE BUY YOUR ENTRY PASS FIRST!
Camera Guidelines: Standard handheld cameras are allowed with a fee of ₹. 250/- per camera, inside the premises. We kindly remind you to pay the designated camera fee at the entrance counter before use. However mobile photography is FREE of cost.
Equipment Restrictions: To maintain clear pathways and ensure safety of fragile artefacts, camera accessories such as gimbals, selfie sticks, and tripods etc. are prohibited to be carried inside the complex.
Flash Photography: We kindly request you to turn off your camera/mobile flash inside the structures to protect our sensitive historic artifacts and invaluable paintings.
📱 Media & Special Photo Shoots
Special Shoots: To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, organized photo shoots, promotional videos of any products, photos and videos with commercial intent, couple photography, and wearing specialized costumes for modeling or photo shoots, reels making, dancing or any such photography that is inappropriate and does not suit the culture of this place are not permitted.
• Social Media & Content: We request visitors to refrain from making Reels, dancing, playing music, or shouting inside the venue.
• YouTubers & Vloggers: Digital creators and YouTubers are kindly requested to obtain prior permission from the management office before filming. Please ensure your filming does not disturb other guests or include interviews without their consent. The content creator will duly credit 'Hasta Shilpa Heritage Village Museum' inside the video itself and not as a description outside the video.
🏛️ Protecting Our Heritage
• Safety Barriers: Please remain behind the designated protective barricades to keep both yourself and the artefacts safe.
• Caring for Artifacts: To help preserve these invaluable pieces of history for future generations, please refrain from touching, leaning against, or sitting on any exhibits or ancient structures.
Touching any exhibits (wood / metal / glass) is to be avoided. Any damages to the exhibits shall be borne by the violator.
Violation of any of the conditions will end up in cancellation of the tour and no refunds will be given thereafter.
